Abita Amber is a Munich-style lager brewed with pale and caramel maltsand German Perle hops. It has a smooth, malty, caramel flavor and a rich amber color.
Andygator, a creature of the swamp, is a unique high-gravity brew made with pale malt, German lager yeast and German Perle hops. Unlike other high-gravity brews, Andygator is fermented to a dry finish with a slightly sweet flavor and subtle fruit aroma. Reaching an alcohol strength of 8% by volume, it is a Helles Dopplebock.
Our 18th Star Bière de Garde is made with pilsner and wheat malts as well as oats. This will give the beer a light color, but it will still be full-bodied and strong. It will also give the beer a cloudy appearance. It is hopped with German Perle hops and spiced with lemon peels. This will impart a slightly citric flavor and aroma. This blends well with the natural flavors from the yeast but are not overpowering. The flavors become subdued and more balanced during the three-month aging process.
Abita Mardi Gras Bock is brewed with pale, pilsner and caramel malts and German Perle hops. Our bock is similar to German Maibocks with its rich malt flavor and full body.

Abita French Connection is a tribute to the French heritage of Louisiana. All of the raw ingredients used in this unique pale ale are sourced from France. It is brewed with French Vienna, Wheat, and Caramel malts. This gives the beer a hazy golden color and a sweet malt aroma. It is hopped and dry hopped with Aramis, Triskel, and Strisselspalt hops, all sourced from the Alsace region of France. This gives the beer a fruity and hoppy flavor and aroma. Finally, the beer is fermented with a special Saison yeast giving the beer a slightly spicy and estery aroma but it still retains the characteristics of a pale ale.
Abita Grapefruit Harvest is a brilliant golden IPA with a subtle zest of grapefruit flavor and aroma that enhances the strong hop character. This bright, snappy brew is made with real Louisiana Ruby-Red grapefruits, pale, pilsner and caramel malts and cascade hops.
Our Imperial Red Ale is made with a blend of pale, caramel, and aromatic malts. This gives the beer a bright red color and strong malty flavor. This blend of malts and the ale yeast gives the beer a slightly fruity and nutty characteristic. The beer is hopped with Cascade hops to give a citrus and piney hop flavor and aroma. This blends well with the malts to give the beer a very balanced taste.
Jockamo is an American I.P.A. brewed with pale, red and caramel malts. This copper colored ale is liberally hopped and dry hopped with Willamette and Columbus hops.
